Hi! It's Liangding Li and I am a current PhD student in Computer Science. My background focuses on applying Machine Learning and Generative AI in Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) to enhance immersive experiences and interaction capabilities.

My expertise includes data structures, algorithms, and practical development in Unity 3D, with a strong emphasis on leveraging computer vision, NLP deep learning, and AI-driven object tracking to create intelligent, adaptive VR/AR environments. I am particularly interested in how GenAI can be integrated into real-time simulations, digital twins, and spatial computing, unlocking new possibilities for education, training, and human-computer interaction. Immersive Visualization of Sneeze Simulation Data on Mobile Devices

A mobile virtual reality (VR) interface that helps people visualize droplet dispersion from the target person’s view. We implemented a VR application to visualize and interact with the sneeze simulation data immersively. Our application provides an easy way to communicate the correlation between social distance and infected droplets exposure, which is difficult to achieve in the real world.
